This is a really lovely hotel, I would highly recommend it, the photos on the website dont do it justice. As a 3* hotel, I didnt expect much from my stay except basic comfort. So I was wonderfully surprised and delighted with what I found when I got there. The rooms are great, very clean, comfortable and very attractive decor. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and helpful - its a family run hotel and you can tell - they really do take care of you, I had 2 small kids with me and they couldnt have been nicer to us. Our room had a spacious balcony with great sea views, and was safe for children. Its a 5 minute walk from the beach and close to all shops and amenities. I will most definitely be staying here again!
The location was excellent. Our room had 2 beautiful views as it was on a corner. The staff were very helpfil
The staff there are so friendly, they gave me a lot of information to visit and how to visit. By the way, the location of the hotel is perfect!! It's on the main street, very near the beach and bus station!
We were upgraded to a huge room with view over looking town centre and the sea. Room had spa! Gorgeous antiqued furnishings. Location perfect with only 2 min walk to sea front and parking garage convenient!
The staff were friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Always smiling and helpful. Our room was large and bright and the balcony was great. Location was terrific.
The desk staff were always smiling and helpful! Very impressed by there customer service! Also the coffee waiters at breakfast, they come up and ask what you would like and the food was not bad. The hotel has a italian feel and my room was cleaned up for me every day. Great location and if you are to bring lugguge there are only 3 lots of stairs up. Dont waste time on paying porters 12 Euro per luggage! Wifi was super speedy on level one!
No complaints! Had the best stay here in Positano! :)
Great location in Positano. Parking 20meters away if you use rental at cost of 20 euro per day. Friendly staff. Excellent views from balcony over Positano and direct view of main street from balcony. Good buffet breakfast. Comfortable room. Hotel beautifully decorated. Good value for money. Highly recommended.
A well appointed hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Ours was with a view of Positano bay western slope and a little bit of the sea. There are rooms with an even better view of the city and the sea. Above all, the staff is exceptionally accomodating. When I visit Positano next time I will definitely try to stay at this hotel again.
The breakfast was what I expected - no surprise there, however, I think with the exceptional variety of cold meats, salumi and cheeses available in Italy they could add some variety in this department. We had the same type of salumi and ham all 5 days that we stayed there.
Location was absolutely perfect and the view from our small terrace, beautiful.
Hotel was extremely well located (close to the beach) and price was fantastic! Real value for money. Room looked refurbished and everything was working properly. Breakfast was good and balanced (bread, cheese, ham, jam, butter, boiled eggs, fruits, coffee, etc.).
Instructions received in order to drive from the airport to the hotel were horrible. They mentioned the name of the road when there is no signals on roads. Fortunately, I speak Italian, therefore, I could ask for instructions from pedestrians on roads.
It was such a quaint family owned hotel with elegance. The staff very friendly and helpful. It was close to the beach and centrally located in Positano. The room was small but loved the design.
Very friendly people, excellent breakfast and good location.
The rooms were spacious, bathroom and toilet gave enough room to move with the dual basins, seperate shower and spa bath, unfortunately spa was not working and we were looking forward to it after a long day out. The view from our room was great the sea through one window, and the town from the other ( we had a corner room ). The colours in the room were good, blue and white. The staff were extremly helpful, and friendly, offering advise when asked. The Hotel was also in a very convenient location.
The only negative comment we can make was the lack of anything hot on the breakfast menu, everything else was excellent.
Clean, quiet, great location, staff friendly and helpful, wonderful breakfast.
Right in Positano. The whole village is easily walkable from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but nothing great.
It drives me crazy when European hotels advertise queen size beds when you really get two twin beds pushed together.
